nothing but problems

it will not generate a reply it keeps saying that there is an error while generating a reply and will also say something about error code 500error: Request failed with status code 500

code: ERR_BAD_RESPONSE

response: Haven't been able to get chat messages

and it has taken all of my energy I had 30,000 it put me down to 600 things need to be fixed
